About Hidden Gem Recruits

We are not a recruiting platform. We’re something different—something needed.

    To give overlooked athletes the visibility they deserve at an affordable price.

  • And to give college coaches a simplified, organized space to evaluate multiple talented athletes—without the hassle of navigating multiple platforms.

Why Athletes Get Overlooked

  • Limited exposure: Many athletes don’t have the same access to scouts, showcases, or recruiting pipelines as others.

  • Focus on top levels: Major platforms and recruiters prioritize DI prospects, leaving DIII, NAIA, and JUCO-level athletes underrepresented.

  • Late development: Athletes grow and improve at different rates, and many reach their peak later in high school.
